I'm not sure what is going to happen after August. Honestly, I'd rather just renew the lease and keep living here..I'm not planning on leaving the area anytime soon.

The utilities run less than $60 a person. Basically $400 a month will cover the rent and utilities, all just depends on how conservative you are.

We don't have cable, but we are willing to get it, just the basic cable, we don't watch tv that much anyway, so no need for all the frills.
