Have a PS3 with one controller. Comes with guitar hero 2/3 i think and two wireless guitars. Played it about 10 times when I bought it about 2 years ago. I think I still have the manuals with it.

what? overheating is not what the 1st gen PS3's do. my 60gig's been rocking it since I purchased it in 07
11/6/2010 12:55:03 AM
yours isn't the first first gen. mine is a 20gb from 2006. after it overheated, it looked around in lots of forums & talked to a couple other ppl i knew who had the same ones, and it's VERY common that they overheat. it's only with 1080p games. just put a fan in front of it & it's fine, or play <3 hours straight.it could do better in a different location, but i just don't have anywhere else to put it. it's on a shelf in a tv stand. the shelf is open in the front, but enclosed in the sides & back (the cables run up through a gap in the shelf above then out the back of the stand. it shares the shelf w/ the wii & a router, but the wii is never on when the ps3 is & the router doesn't produce any heat.
