I haven't signed up yet b/c I'm still decide on one course, but I'll probably have it figured out by next week, and post my schedule then.

If you haven't signed up yet, what courses are you interested in taking?

I was waiting on some feedback from a few people who taught classes I was interested in, and a grade from one prof who I have this semester that I was thinking of taking again next semester.

Now, with all that info, I'm leaning towards Non-Profit Management, Program Evaluation, and Contract Negotiation.

^That actually sounds like an interesting & engaging semester. A lot of peoples schedules, thinking back to past threads, seem like they're just topics that would only be interesting if you're really into that subject.

Well, they sound interesting but Postmodernism as a literary theory is like sandpaper on your eyeballs. It's like they wanted to make a theory about being a total asshole about everything.

And Adv. Screenwriting isn't nearly as interesting as Adv. Fiction Writing. The formatting is more difficult, and writing two feature-length screenplays in one semester is pretty tedious.

But yea I guess "being difficult" doesn't mean it's not interesting.

I guess any writing class seems interesting to me, whether its the fiction or screen variety. I know I enjoyed creative writing in undergrad as an elective. So often writing in courses isn't seen as meritorious in its own right, but only as a means for delivering proof of understanding on some subject or another.

You are a commendable TWWer and you have decreased my initial distrust of discussing language and composition on this forum.

But we should stop before someone notices.

^^^Taking it with Jason Osborne, the Tues night section. Not too thrilled but at least it's just once a week.

^Osborne is good. In addition to statistics you will also learn a good deal about 80s progressive rock. Once a week at night does sound rough though.
