I've wondered about University Woods. I'm over in Village right now, which is supposed to be better because it's more expensive, ugh. The units in Woods are smaller, but I hear they're a lot newer. That might not be true though.

u woods is newer. u village was recently renovated but it was basically painting the outside from what I can tell. And they dont seem much bigger than u woods
