I can get on the internet and everything. Called At&T and they said everything looked good. I'm guessing i'll need to take it into the store. The one of the left is another employee's who is working correctly.

if you can make calls with it and get on the internet with it but cant do enterprise activation, it means A) your server is fubared or B)(more likely) AT&T set you up with the consumer data packagte instead of the enterprise data package. They are retards and even if you have 100 BBs on your corp account all set up with enterprise data, whenever they add on a new one they wont add the correct data plan.

fail. How do they fuck this up and even when i call they say "yeah its got data".i can't setup a push email, only gives me the option for bb ent email.

there are multiple data plans. you'll need to make sure its the blackberry enterprise data plan. This is of course assuming you want to connect it to a BES server.

although that diagnostic makes it look like you dont have any data at all. Whatev. Blackberries are total shit piles. Get a iphone or get a wp7 phone and save yourself some grief.

Ha had the same problem on a Sprint curve monday. Had to provision the account from the phone twice and walk around for 30 min before it'd do anything

ya, I echo the BIS settings are hosed. It's AT&T's fault. Are you really surprised?[Edited on September 15, 2010 at 2:14 PM. Reason : ^that's interesting; I have 3 sprint blackberries for testing websites and they take ~90seconds.]
