I saw it like a month ago and thought it was pretty damn good.

This was one of the best movies I've seen this year. For those who are worried that it is too artsy or pretentious, worry not. It's just a good-old-fashioned great, interesting movie.

watched this tonight and really enjoyed it. The ending seen between Ree and Teardrop was so subtle but very haunting.

Saw this last night. Is that subtly implying that Teardrop did the killing? Really really good though. I felt so bad for everybody involved. Remind me no never move to the Ozarks.

I just rewatched this recently, I'm fairly certain teardrop did NOT kill the dad. The implication at the end is he found out who DID kill him, and Tear plans to try to kill the killer. But since the killer is connected, Tear assumes he will die before or after the revenge.[Edited on July 17, 2017 at 3:29 PM. Reason : That's how I saw it anyway.... ]

I watched this on a laptop in an airport years ago and while I can't remember a lot of the details I remember liking it.

You see people who live in areas like that, and you can almost sympathize with why there's such a problem with opioids and meth in rural/backcountry areas.
