A professional computer scientist with 5+ current years experience leading teams for systems development initiatives, experience with biological databases and terminology, and experience with core technologies, including Java and Oracle.
Responsibilities:
The Software Development Lead will provide overall guidance to the database and software development staff, and coordinate liaison with NIEHS systems support staff and interface directly with the NIEHS Project Officer on matters related to the TDMSE and LDAS systems. This person must have experience with the collection of biomedical data using systems like TDMSE and LDAS, and must be familiar with toxicology and pathology data. The Software Development Lead must have experience leading projects within a structured methodology consistent with CMM level policies and procedures.
