backpacking the Alps...i was going to buy a GPS tagger for my D90, but then realized that i could get a "regular" GPS and just add the GPS coordinates to the EXIF data afterward...and the bonus is i'd have an actual GPS unit that can be used with any camera, not just the D90[Edited on July 26, 2010 at 10:55 AM. dude, get the module for your D90 - I'm WAY too lazy to go back into the exif on each pic; and I think it's awesome to have that data. Several programs to show where you snapped on maps. To me cool And it pulls juice from the camera instead of me having to charge it - good for me since i carry 3-4 batteries and 2-3 lenses when I roam.I thought they had GPS cables to connect a garmin to the camera without needing the $200 unit.(edit: found them, for freaking $45, lol. Still cheaper than the D90 unit.)
