Some people never grow up and move on. SkankinMonky didn't get all his security deposit back because of the way the place was left. And yes pictures are still available if needed.

Current renters moved out 7/31 and the place is being cleaned and painted. And even though they messed things up while they were there they did fix mostly everything.

The fact that you've made multiple user names, each time only to advertise your same property, speaks a bit in and of itself.

Nobody here seems to have anything good to say about you. This history goes back YEARS. I think its safe to say that nobody here in their right mind will be renting any property from you. Honestly, if your prices are so competitive why would you need to spend so much time advertising on a site where several previous tenants (and well-established posters) very vocally call you out as a horrible landlord?
