I want to get a calling card to call Internationally, specifically to China. I know where to get them and how much they cost. But I want to specifically know how to use them.I only have a cell phone, I think I can still use a calling card with that. Will a calling card still deduct from my minutes of calling time with my cell phone?I have sprint, and I have unlimited calling after 7:00 PM. If I use the calling card then, will it still count off my minutes after 7:00 PM?

ok. i don't know if this is right but i feel like the minutes on your calling card have nothing to do with your phone minutesif you are using your phone, you are using minutes on your phone plan (unless you are after 7pm) even if you are using a calling cardif you call after 7pm, you will be on unlimited phone minutes but that doesn't affect your calling card minutes which you will still be using up because they are part of the calling card NOT your phone plan[Edited on July 4, 2010 at 2:24 PM. have you looked into the international rates/plans with your cell phone provider? that may be a lot easier

You'll have an 800 number to call to use your calling card, then you'll enter in the info from your card and the number you want to call, and the call will go through the 800 number. So for your phone bill, it will be just like you talked to an 800 number for however long
