Got a really loose shift selector on the town car that needs to be fixed, it currently won't go in park. Been parking it with neutral and e-brake...been like that for about 2 months. Not sure if it just needs an adjustment or if something is fucked in there. I hate dealing with stuff in the column.Let me know[Edited on June 17, 2010 at 11:23 PM. Reason : 1991 sig. series if that matters]

are you interested in fixing the AC on my sister's car? sent you a PM few days ago and never heard anything back.
6/24/2010 8:38:26 PM
all the work you want to do on a '66 Chevy pickup.-bodywork-coordinating with Larry @ Clifford, as well as Loop Road, to get the engine build finishedalso, the shift linkage (1-2 upshift) on the other '66 truck.
6/26/2010 2:11:19 AM
BTTT. I found my vacuum pump, so now I can finally get back to doing some AC work.Duke...let's coordinate on some stuff. Trying to get enough free time to make a killer assault on it.
7/13/2010 10:35:08 AM
Word. Your high/low side gauges are still down there in the shop, too.I'm all for it...let's get Loop Road to finish machining my engine (and take the crank somewhere to get machine if we decide to do that), and get the cam kit from Clifford. Obviously, there also all the paint stripping and sheetmetal work you feel like doing.I was just thinking about this today...We really need to step it up on that truck so as to get it done before I leave NC (prob sometime next summer, but I won't be home until Nov, and I'll prob be out in Yuma again in March/April).I've got my checkbook out here...I can mail you $. Biggest thing to do is coordinate on decisions for the engine build, and put you in touch with my mom and/or grandparents so you aren't just dropping in down there unexpected to work on the truck.
7/13/2010 4:36:57 PM
BTTT, motherfuckers!

Did you get some knee pads yet???
7/20/2010 6:00:37 PM
I guess it could have been rim jobs, lol...
7/20/2010 11:57:12 PM
Shot you a PM 2 nights ago and never heard back.
7/22/2010 7:24:57 PM
I guess I missed it? I get a blue million a day, it seems. Hold tight.
7/22/2010 7:54:29 PM
I vouch for Dan (zxappeal). He did a baller job on the Volvo that I needed work done on.
7/25/2010 2:56:20 PM
Mower won't start (the one you saw with the 2 cylinder Briggs). I can't figure it out... compression is good and it definitely has fuel. The coilpack thing seemed to have gone bad so we replaced it. It worked after that briefly but now it won't start again. It's definitely not flooded and we cleaned the thing on the flywheel. It won't start if we spray starter fluid in it either.Anyway you can come over and look at it?
7/26/2010 11:30:11 AM
zxappeal I sent you a PM a few days ago about doing the rotors, are you still available?
7/26/2010 11:38:18 AM
so, I'm going to a mechanic because you haven't responded to my PMs
7/28/2010 9:19:02 AM
maybe he doesn't like you
7/28/2010 3:10:02 PM
Thought I'd post in here as well to say I sent you a PM.
7/30/2010 5:57:29 AM

drive to hickory to replace a waterpump? j/k
7/30/2010 9:15:56 PM
Ryan...lol...I think I might do it just for a little out of the ordinary adventure, lol...My absence was due to a woman...go figure!
7/31/2010 12:14:56 PM
For future reference...from here on out, contact Jeepman for scheduling and prices. I'll be handling the labor aspect only, and he'll be your contact guy. Had too many irons in the fire, and trying to talk to everybody AND work out times (AND do my day job, lol) was getting a bit daunting.
8/10/2010 9:15:17 AM
Good to know. Will do that.
8/10/2010 9:32:59 AM
Of course, you can always contact me too. But I will refer to Matt on some of the big stuff.
8/10/2010 11:26:31 AM
Still doing side jobs...right now nothing going on, and I know some of you still need stuff done. Let me know...either me or Jeepman...
8/13/2010 10:18:35 AM
And BTW...I can do credit cards through PayPal if need be.
8/13/2010 1:22:46 PM
check your inbox you smelly fucker!
8/13/2010 9:21:43 PM
Posting in here as well. Hoping we can get together to do pads/rotors. They're waiting at Advance on Western.
8/17/2010 12:43:48 AM
I'm unfortunately too late to take care of this until the next time I visit the US (say... January '11), but I believe the bushings on my '96 Accord need to be replaced (exactly which bushings, I am not wise enough to know). Going over bumpy surfaces causes the emission of squeaky noises. This has been a long-term problem, but I always forget to do anything about it (I guess I got used to it fairly quickly) - shame on me.are you still going to be in NC then? How much time does it take to do something like that?I'm great at random timing on fixing things. (btw I'd also need to replace the windshield washer nozzles...whoops)
8/18/2010 5:15:03 AM
I'm pretty sure I'll be around, unless I have decided to clear out of Raleigh by then. I'd have to take a look and see exactly what's wrong, but any suspension work wouldn't take any longer than a day.
