anyone receive awards yet for the fall? I called two weeks ago and the lady said they were just starting with the sophomores and were going to work their way up.

^ thats normal. Some freshmen want to see how much they get before they commit. Ive gotten my confirmation of family/self cost but no award letter yet

i'm a senior too. When i log into the site I don't see any "awards" or "awards accepted" tabs, all i see is one on the far right that says "lifetime awards".

in my messages it says i have good academic progress and that me recieving rewards is contingent upon how much funding the school has.... i'm sure everything is fine, i just hate waiting

My award letter was dated June 1st and I received it almost a week ago. Hopefully not too much longer.

Why do they call them awards? Or are these like scholarships or actual things you win, not money you require to go to college

After logging into FinAid pages through mypack, then clicking on 'My Account' at the top, a Disbursements tab appears between Forms and Lifetime Awards that lists some of the awards for the next year. But I don't think its complete because it doesn't list any loans.

I checked my mail yesterday and it was in there. Not sure when it came as I only check my mail once a week.

I just found out my loans for the first year will be $50K

I get $9K for living and $2K for transportation PER SEMESTER! Ridiculous... but at least I can give what I don't use back at the end of the year. And I'll be a resident next year (yay)
