I have an Alltel LG Scoop. Not sure if you can reactivate this on the Verizon network. I think you can if you were an Alltel customer prior to the buyout. Everything works on it. $20

my mom has a cheap LG flip phone she just replaced. If youre interested I can ask if she wants to get rid of it.

^^ I should be still on the Alltel plan, I am still using my old Alltel phone.

Thanks for all of the replies. My step dad is thinking about getting a replacement as well, so I may be looking to buy one more phone. I'll post a update next week.

I have a cheap New Samsung that I have never used. It is still in the box and would be a great beater phone.

I will get the model when I get home (Monday) but I am looking for $25
