I locked up my brakes (no ABS) at ~60 mph and flat spotted a tire. It feels like only one tire, but I can't tell which one. How can I figure out which one it is? It's pretty annoying at low speeds, but not so noticeable at highway speeds. It's not really an option in my car (automatic 4 cyl accord) but would a nice smoky burnout even it out some?

I flat spotted before on my old Supra (no ABS). It'll go away after a while with normal driving. You can speed up the process by doing some aggressive driving (i.e. burnouts). Of course, my Supra was so weak that I couldn't do burnouts.[Edited on May 26, 2010 at 4:20 PM. Reason : ...]

jack up one corner at a time and spin the tire while looking at the tread. You will see the flat spot most likely. AlsoIf you feel it in the steering wheel, it is most likely in the front. If you feel it in your butt, it is most likely in the rear. (no homo)[Edited on May 26, 2010 at 9:40 PM. Reason : .]
