Been years since I posted here. And it's for a good cause...I'm looking for an iPhone developer for a contract job to develop a specific app. More details to come to applicants who sign an NDA. Great summer work. The app should be able to be completed in 1 - 2 months with the person to be the sole developer of the application. Work from home. Work from a dorm. Work from where ever. I don't care. You'll get paid twice monthly after you submit a short status report. $15/hour for easy work. If completed within 60 days, $300 bonus.PM me for more details. Include a description of any iPhone apps you've worked on before. Whoever applies should at least have a year of iPhone development experience and a few examples of completed apps, no matter how rudimentary they may be.[Edited on May 18, 2010 at 2:31 PM. Obviously, I'm looking for a student.Do students scoff at $15/hr summer jobs? I worked for less in my day.

A student with the experience you're looking for, yes.

You're probably gonna need a student in India for that price with that level of experience.]

dang dude, I work for a nonprofit and I'm getting close to making that and I get a significant portion of my income sheltered from taxes....We don't even sit down to talk for less than $25/hr when billing. From a nonprofit.[Edited on May 19, 2010 at 10:31 PM. Reason : You should at least offer a % of the sales. For development costs + 5% would be kind appetizing.]

^and you probably get benefits, too. This is a CONTRACT position. Application being developed will probably be called iBum. You'll be hard pressed to find a student in Raleigh who will mow your lawn for that kind of money these days. Overseas may be the way to go if the budget is tight.

I would hardly call that a tight budget. More like "I saved up my lunch monies plz make me app"
