Just thinking about the AD search

We need to see this position in a new way. As the CEO of Wolfpack identity and sports. Someone who has a big background in busness and marketing and promoting and making a big team and institution that stands tall and proud. We need to run things like abusness, not like a public school. Any ideas for how to do that?
