I'm about to move and want to make the tile look brand new so I can get full deposit back. Any suggestions for grout cleaners? It's not terrible, just don't want to do hard labor to get it off.

Grout colorant. Readily available and cheap. You will get color uniformity. Might cost you 20$ bleach will not clean out black soap scum, etc.

once sanded cement grout is stained - it cannot be pulled out without a very expensive (and not guaranteed) poultice. You should seal your grout to keep the pores from receiving stains. Therefore, grout colorant is the cheapest and easiest way to ensure uniform color. or you can gently scrape a slight amount out of the joint with a grout grabber and then "re grout" with a similar color (this is hard).
