Hey guys,Currently I've been using http://www.pdfescape.com/pdf/open/ but would prefer a good open source or freeware PDF editor. If anyone has any recommendations, please list them. Thanks

I've used cutepdf in the past. It will drop a watermark on the first page, so what you do is just insert a blank page when you first start editing. The watermark gets put on the blank page and then once you're finished you save it/print it without the first page

do these things have something like the "text touch up tool" in acrobat...where you can click/highlight some text, and it interprets the font type/size etc and you can start typing in that same font style?

^^Good to know I'd still prefer a solution that doesn't require a workaround of sorts, but if all else fails I'll definitely check it out.[Edited on May 4, 2010 at 10:53 AM. Reason : ^.]

the ones that dont require workarounds all cost money.

^That is what I was figuring -- but decided to ask here first.

AFAIK, PDFCreator doesn't watermark, just be sure not to install the toolbar (there's 2 places to uncheck)

^Trying to do this legitimately, thx ^^PDFCreator doesn't allow you to actually edit PDFs though does it? I was under the impression it was specifically used to convert other file formats to PDF, sans editing capabilities.
