So we're throwing somewhat of a bachelorette party for my friend, but she's not a big drinker so we're thinking of doing something like a salsa dance lesson and then going out for dinner. Does anyone know of any places or companies that offer a one-time lesson for free or cheap? It would also need to be on a Saturday (either May 15, 22, or 29th).

My bachelorette party was a day at the spa. Super nice.

There's a place in Greensboro that will do a bachelorette party for $25 a person and teach pole dancing/ lap dancing.

^^i emailed them yesterday and i'm still waiting to hear back. does anyone know any other places with free trials? i'm thinking it may be a little hard to find for a saturday unless we pay for a private lesson.i think i'm gonna pass on the spa thing. while it would be fun, it's pretty expensive considering we're not even the girl's bridal party.

Yeah I seriously doubt you'll find lessons on a Saturday. I think for that place their lessons are on Sunday.Have you thought about doing something else like go karts or bowling? Those could be a lot of fun too and easier to fit into a Saturday.

I threw a spa themed party for my sis, and had a mary k consultant come who did foot pampering stuff (she even brought her own basins) with scrub cream and lotion, etc. I also hired a masseuse who did chair massages so everyone got a 10 min or so shoulder rub. Food and drinks and little gift bags and that was it. My sis loved it.

I've taken swing dance lessons from Music and Dance and recommend them. You might call & see if they will do an hour lesson for all of you at their regular rate ($70 isn't cheap but not bad if you're splitting it). Worth a call anyway.
