I've got a pair of rock and republic jeans in a regular fit/regular wash in a size 31. If you are anywhere between a 29-31 waist, these will work. I'm asking $120. They are unaltered, unwashed, and have only been worn twice. I simply don't want them and I've got a few other pairs of designer jeans. I purchased them from a neiman marcus for $286 (on sale). I will send pics if you are interested.

I would pay that much. only because it's hard to find a gooooood, nice fitting, pair of jeans for girls. But i'd limit it to once a year

I can understand girls dropping that kind of coin on a pair of jeans. Girls care about shit like clothes and hair and makeup and generally spending ridiculous sums of money to be seen by other girls in designer clothing. What the fuck kind of man thinks that $300 jeans are a worthy purchase? Unless you are gay, in which case the above description of women also applies.
3/26/2010 10:26:18 AM
Someone who cares about fashion.Enjoy your JC Penney Wranglers.
3/26/2010 3:30:05 PM
Yeah, because if you're not wearing $300 jeans, you're wearing the cheapest shit on the planet. That's standard logic for you. There's a clear, obvious distinction between cheapo clothes and quality clothing, and you're going to pay more for quality clothing. But, at a certain pricepoint, no increase in price has any correlation to the quality or craftsmanship involved in said clothing. It's only about wearing a label to impress people that you don't like. Tell me what the difference is between an $75 pair of lacoste jeans and a $300 pair of designer jeans is.
3/26/2010 3:39:39 PM
^you obviously can't be the biggest douche in the crowd if you're jeans are only 75]
3/26/2010 3:54:14 PM
^^ The same difference between a BMW 5 Series and a Maserati Quattroporte.
3/26/2010 4:07:46 PM
no, not the same difference. that's a horrible analogy.
3/26/2010 4:54:55 PM
Hmmm. I own a few pair of $200+ jeans from Saks. Honestly, they are no better for wear or ability to last than my guess jeans. The only thing is they tend to have is better quality pockets, but I honestly can't tell much of a difference. In fact, what is ironic is the more expensive you go on the jeans, you are actually paying for simulated wear and holes. I'll pay money for jeans that have the look I am going for, but I dont kid myself thinking they are any better than everyday jeans 'quality-wise'.[Edited on March 26, 2010 at 4:58 PM. Reason : .]

Expensive jeans do tend to be a lot softer than cheap jeans due to the better quality yarn. That shit feels good to my thighs.

obviously all you ladies and gentlemen are taking this as a joke. So I'm sorry I even bothered to post it here. I thought somebody on here might want to have a really nice pair of jeans to wear out. I would consider dropping it to $100 but it seems you guys have a better making fun of this thread. 1. Thumper- designer jeans aren't meant to handle more than a few washes a year, again this depends on how often you wear them. In this case unwashed is a good thing, it's not like i went dirt biking or had any liquor/beer spilled on them. 2. BobbyDigital- designer jeans are not limited to gays and girls. you would be very surprised at the number of girls who dig a guy wearing nice shit, obviously you don't get much, maybe you should buy these jeans so you actually stand a chance of getting into a girl's pants.
