What kind of ATV you riding? NCMP near Louisburg has good tracks and some trails too.

For trail riding it's worth the trip to the Wagon Wheel area of West Virginia though.
Dirt cheap motels and hundreds of miles of trails = a fun weekend. 4x4 not required, but recommended during certain times of the season though.

NCMP is in Henderson, I go there all the time. Busco isn't my thing.....just depends on what you like. CAW was good 3-4 years ago....maintenance on the trails is non-existant any longer, and I haven't heard anything good about that place in a couple years. Uwharrie and Brown Mtn are good places.....just rocky. Brown is really technical....but its a good challenge. Brushy Mtn is by far my favorite place to go.

From Raleigh:
NCMP = 30 minutes
Busco = ~1.5hrs
Brushy = ~2.0hrs
Brown = ~2.5hrs

How do you get to NCMP in 30 minutes? Takes me longer than that to get to Louisburg most of the time with the Capital Blvd. and Rolesville slow zones. Just curious.

I don't think Archers allows quads any longer actually.
