my front right shock is fucked because of a pot hole on the way up to DC (very likely the same one you hit) I almost had to pull over to make sure my wheel was still there lolz.

they do, but that begs the question of why on earth are you driving through downtown when the 295 bypass hauls so much ass.

even coming from atlanta up 85, I'd use VA-10 or 36 to jump across to 295 as soon as i could.

His GPS has old ass maps from before the bypass was built.

(Not that it wasn't fun watching the dumbass in the newer Sentra race you from stoplight to stoplight at 3am)

^I usually take I-95 straight thru Richmond (unless its rush hour). It's a little shorter than taking I-295. Still, you're not on I-64 at any time

haha thats in DC not Richmond. In my GPS' defense, it did say to take the right exit but because the exits had changed so much it said it was like .5 mile ahead when in fact we had just passed the off ramp

i just take I-95 N until I-495 when I'm going to Reston, VA

not to belabor the point, but if you go look at google maps, you'll see 64 and 95 run concurrently through richmond, just like 40 and 85 are together between greensboro and durham

all of my coworkers are retarded enough to think I-95 is faster because it's about 4 miles shorter. They always bitch about traffic coming to a standstill somewhere as if it's some magical phenomenon and refuse to admit that the speed limit through large sections of Richmond is 55.

In NC you can file a claim with the DOT for reimbursement of the damages. You may want to check with the VA DOT (or just google it).

^^it is faster if there's no rush hour traffic. Additionally (while a very minor point) since you're going slower you'll get better gas mileage.

it doesn't look like virginia reimburses for anything. it's not a HUGE deal as I can get a used rim for $150 shipped, its just an annoying hassle.
