Me and my roommate have decided to split ways and move out on our own. We have allready signed a lease for August 2010-July 2011 and need to find two people to take it over. You would be dealing with The Preiss company for paying rent, and any other business about the townhome. The location is great to NCSU. It's on the Varsity route of the wolfline, and about a 10 minute walk from campus. It's also convenient to foodlion and I-440.
