My roommate is leaving and he is subleasing his bedroom from March 1st to August 1st. The apartment has 2 BR and are VERY spacious plus you have your own bathroom. The price ($450) includes rent (for 1 BR) and utilities such as Internet, cable, water and electricity. Very cheap for the space you are getting!

About me:
I will be your roommate. I am a junior in Industrial Engineering at NC State. I spend almost the entire day on campus and I am part of the Sailing Club, so most weekends I am at the lake. I am nice and clean and expect my roommate be the same.
