I'm moving away and I have a room available for sublease through July at University Village. Rent and utilities are $445/month. Rent through February is taken care of and I'll pay up front $25/month of the rent to knock it down to $420/month. The apartment is clean and well kept. Roommates are quiet, friendly males.

Oh yeah, a few other nice things about the apartment. Cable and internet are free.
