Move in as early as Feb 5. I'm moving into a 3br/2ba house in raleigh in the trailwood hills subdivision. I'm trying to find a couple roommates to move in with me! I have a few friends that will be moving in may so this is only a temporary solution for anyone interested. The house is great, its 1750sqft, nice sized living room, dining room and kitchen. Good size driveway with a 2 car garage. Only rules would be no smoking in the house and having huge as hell parties that will bring cops. Rent would be for 400 for all utilities included. If you have 2 other friends that want to move in and keep the whole house to yourself then it will be 1300 for everything. I will have highspeed internet, and digital cable available. Washer and dryer are also included in the house. No commitment time! But youll have to be out by may haha. One month security deposit just to protect me in case you decide to inflict damage on the house.(It will be returned when you move. Please give me 15 days before moving out. Rent will be prorated if you move out in the middle of the month. Living room and kitchen stuff will be provided unless you opt to rent the whole house out. I have couches, hdtv, kitchen appliances and dishes.
