I bought a 6ft HDMI cable for $10 at Kerr Drug. That is the best price I have found aside from websites.

Go onto Amazon, pay the $10 + shipping for the mediabridge cables.

wait. do you need hdmi or component? OP says HDMI, 1st response is component to which you said yes you need that....

just go with monoprice or message_topic.aspx?topic=562659 for quick, local, & cheap.

and it's a digital signal - it's either there or not. I have cables from both of those sources and everything looks great.
