Just wanted to post this here to see what sorta response I get. Ive had this cat for I would guess 3.5 years or so. It was originally bought for my girlfriend at the time who upon leaving left the cat with me and up until now I have been alright with looking after it. I am preparing to move into a nicer place and well unfortunately a cat does not fit into my plans at this time. She has been an indoor cat since I have had her and not sure how she would transition to outdoors. She is pretty shy around new people but once she gets to know you she warms up. She has not been spayed and as for shots I honestly have no clue. As for being around other cats she is definitely not the dominant type she pretty much always rolls over or runs away so you should not expect her to terrorize any other cats. Never been around dogs so no clue there.I would like to find her a new home where she can live in more than just a small room all the time and with someone who has a little more time and experience with animals. If you have any questions feel free to PM me I just dont want her to end up at some place where they will just off her .This is her:[Edited on January 15, 2010 at 7:22 PM. Reason : pic]

Maybe it's the angle of the photo or something, but that cat looks almost emaciated. How much does she weigh?
1/16/2010 8:51:14 AM
She is fairly slender and has always looked that way I dont know if its because Ive always fed her strictly indoor cat food or what but no she is definitely not pudgy like a lot of cats I have seen haha

either that our shes been carrying around worms for 3.5 years.

When was the last time she went to the vet?
1/16/2010 10:59:07 AM
ask that cunt that left you for some records. Does she has claws?
1/16/2010 7:51:34 PM
Yes she has claws and to be honest I have never taken her to the vet. Im one of those people who feel and animal is an animal if it seems happy and doesnt appear to be sick then well I'm not spending my money on it just because. This may be another reason she would be better off somewhere else.

.....but you can adopt because parents are dead beats
1/19/2010 3:37:54 PM
It is very difficult to adopt and many people don't qualify for various reasons. Hence all the private adoption agencies and people getting them from overseas. On the other hand, I could have a cat by the end of the day if I wanted one.

i agree with snooky

I give her food and water and toys to play with and a warm place to sleep at night. Im sorry if I am not the type of person who is willing to spend large amounts of money on an animal. This is the reason I am looking to give her away to someone I know will take better care of her. Its not like I beat the poor thing or starve her. If it makes you feel better I also dont goto the doctor unless I feel the need which is why I havent been in probably 10 years. I dont get sick and feel healthy so why bother. Anyways, I have other people looking out for good homes for her but she must be out by the 21st of February or I will have to look into other alternatives .

She's really beautiful. If I had a stable living arrangement, I'd love to take her. Good luck OP.

Worse comes to worse...try adoption centers rather than SPCA.2nd Chance Pet Adoption or Best Friend Pet Adoption for starterse.
1/20/2010 9:46:28 AM
this is why you never ever ever give pets as gifts!!!!!!horrible idea
1/20/2010 10:12:31 AM
Thanks for the info meatstick Ill check into those as other options
1/20/2010 10:20:03 AM

1/20/2010 10:53:23 AM

I think a better example would be do I have preventative stuff done like having my balls removed to avoid testicular cancer or having my appendix removed in case it might burst later on. Which I have done neither.

^^shut the fuck uppart of me wants this but i really wanted one with blue eyes
1/21/2010 9:57:26 PM
A cat with carolina blue eyes is far more important than personality, nothing else will do.
1/22/2010 12:49:50 AM
i, too, like to hijack other people's classifieds ads just to be a douche to someone
1/22/2010 1:40:31 AM
It seems like someone told me if you have an all white cat with blue eyes that it will be blind or something like that, not sure how much truth was in that. Also I have found a person interested will see how that goes.[Edited on January 22, 2010 at 8:31 AM. Reason : interest]
1/22/2010 8:30:37 AM
Albinos and commonly deaf and/or blind.
1/22/2010 12:12:38 PM
that cat has gold eyes, not blue, and if this person has had this cat for the past 3 years, they would probably know if it was deaf.also, an albino animal has pink eyes, not blue....just because its all white does not make it albino.
