I just graduated and I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting January-July since I just got a job offer in Charlotte. The place is a two bedroom townhouse and my roommate is a male NCSU student studying for a teaching degree. You would have the larger of the two rooms. It is one and a half bathrooms, includes washer/dryer, comes with a dish washer,full kitchen, backyard/porch for grilling. Our location is great for an NCSU student since it is right on the wolfline route, quiet neighborhood, and the townhouse is right next to the visitor parking lot and has plenty of spots for guests in front as well. The cost is $350 a month including water, other utilities are usually $50 all together.
