I'm moving soon and wanted to know what the best provider is without any download caps - do Comcast's business plans and U-Verse have download caps? has Comcast implemented their policy on crippling users that max out the connection speed for 15 consecutive minutes? does that apply to their business class? does CLEAR have any caps?

just wanted to know if anyone here is up to date on all these issues and can help enlighten me before I move so I can have service running as soon as I get there
