I am looking to multiply the number of HDMI connections on my TV. What would be the best route?

I was thinking about something like this:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182095&cm_re=hdmi_splitter-_-17-182-095-_-Product

Has anyone got any recommendations?
