until qntmfred supposedly started fixing shit [i haven't seen him do anything but other people say they aren't having oh snap errors] nobody would or even had access to change the most simple of things.but i'm sure you already knew that troll.I'm AstralAdvent and i approved this message.

how is TWW not already mobile compatible? I mean, other than changing the width of the page/spacing/etc... what else would you want?
11/20/2009 9:30:18 AM
well i posted on it last night at hooters from my blackberry, but it would have been nice not to have to zoom in, scroll, zoom in, scroll, etc.i'm just offering a suggestion. i'm no web developer and honestly have no idea what it would entail to do this.

Crazy code pages render stupid fast.........its when the server is fucking up you have problems. Other than that the whole site is a mobile version.
11/20/2009 8:10:41 PM
yeah.this site is basically a bunch of boxes.have you ever been to like any other website?I'm AstralAdvent and i approved this message.

the ads sometimes slow my mobile browsing to a crawl
11/20/2009 10:04:55 PM
it would be funny if qntm just linked m.thewolfweb.com to thewolfweb.comlolz
11/21/2009 1:38:48 AM

Just set your browser to Column View.
11/21/2009 6:45:11 PM
oh... i didn't try that.
11/22/2009 8:42:18 AM
there probably are some parts of the site that could be optimized for mobile viewing, like message.aspx, but most of the rest is actually pretty smooth. One thing I'd suggest would be to take a page from the mobile Google Reader site... auto-resize images in threads, so they don't overwhelm a mobile screen.
11/23/2009 11:04:11 PM
my iphone resizes those images automatically
11/23/2009 11:12:34 PM
sweet, one mobile device down, several others to go.
11/24/2009 1:03:37 AM
My MotoQ does it perfectly
11/29/2009 7:32:56 PM
Doesn't work that great on my HTC Diamond Touch. Have to auto zoom to text level (auto adjusts the text and columns) and then zoom out so I can see the post and author
11/29/2009 8:54:21 PM
blame that on the [words] not the site.keep it short and sweet people. you aint no best sellaI'm AstralAdvent and i approved this message.
