This is the first time this has ever happened to me so I decided to post it here to see if anyone has any feedback. I have been successfully ripping/burning DVD movies for several years. This past weekend I attempted to copy 2 DVD movies and ran into some problems. The originals are dual-layer and I didn't want to compress them beyond belief to fit on a standard DVD, so I ripped them as "movie only" rather than the full disk or the movie+menus. Both ripped and burned fine, but upon playback the scenes are all out of order. I use RipIt4Me, DVD Decrypter, DVD Shrink, and Nero.I still have both movies on my HD, so I am curious as to the easiest way to put the scenes in order and burn the disks again. Or would it just be easier to rip the originals again as "full disk", "movie+menus", or to just rip a disk image?[Edited on November 17, 2009 at 2:10 PM. Reason : a]

i usually use dvd shrink to replace the extras and previews with a still image, then recompress the movie portion to fit on a disk
