I just made protein pudding! Sugar Free Cheesecake pudding mix, 2 cups of Fat Free milk, and 1-1/2 scoops of Vanilla protein powder.

What are you having for dessert tonight?

there are several flavors of Jello pudding mix that are Sugar Free. definitely check them out! it's a very low-calorie dessert, even when you add protein powder

oh ok, i'll have to check it out.

my husband is kind of a body builder, so he does a lot of protein supplements. and i have a lap band, so i have to make sure to get my protein in everyday (since i don't eat very much), so protein powder is extremely useful in this household.

cheese cake with reduced fat cream cheese, splenda, and flaxseed meal crust.

not all that bad for you, considering it's cheese cake.

Today brought ThePeter some Godiva cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory. I think I made the right choice in cheesecake for him and that makes me happy.

What brand do you get? The best I ever tasted:

EAS Myoplex (meal replacement)
SportPharma Just Whey

we get the Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein Gold Series and we order them from DPS Nutrition because shipping is cheap, and there's always some kind of deal going where you get a free t-shirt or $$ off when you spend a certain amount. and shipping is always super fast cuz it ships from Charlotte (i think).

http://www.dpsnutrition.net/

oh snap, they've got EggNog flavor

BSN protein is by far the best ive ever had.
(i've tried "all they whey". gold standard, ON, and one other i cant think of now)

mixed that with 1/2 cup of milk and a bunch of ice.
swear it tastes just like a frosty!

I wonder how many million artifical chemicals they use in those protein powders for coloring and for making flavors such as "caramal toffee fudge"
