Lately, I have had a weird feeling in my throat. When I lay down sometimes, it's almost as if I have a lump in my throat. A weird side-effect is that when I have air come up and I have to burp, it is like it sort of strains to come out.I have a naturally deep voice. Not really deep, but singing in falsetto is impossible for me. So when I sing in the car, I pretty much imitate a girl's voice. Suggestions?
