They're one of my favorite bands, but I don't get this album at all.

I'm going to give it a few more listens before I render a verdict.

It's really great, and I haven't liked last couple of records at all. They're back to sounding like the band that made The Soft Bulletin or Hit to Death in the Future Head. That's not to say that they're backtracking or working from some formula, just that they're being an experimental pop band instead of a funny noises pop band.

i'm not a huge fan, but i do enjoy some of their stuff. i really didn't care for this album though.

i like what i've heard so far. i didn't like At War with the Mystics, so it's good to hear something like this from them. much darker than the last few albums.
