I'm gonna go ahead and plug Spookywoods in Kersey Valley. That place is AWESOME and well worth the drive and the money to spend 2-3 hours getting the crap scared out of you.

It's nowhere near Raleigh, so this Frightmare wins by location, but if you want to make a trip and have some serious fun with friends, head out to spookywoods.

Went to the Woods of Terror last year. Terrible experience. The ppl only jumped out at the very first person and the rest of us were subjected to the ppl getting 2 inches from your face and breathing hard. Their crappy rivetted clothing got caught in ppls hair 4-5 times in my group alone.

But they promise to NEVA touch you or violate your space .

^Starting this weekend it is Fri (10/23), Sat (10/24) & Sun (10/25) from 7pm til midnight and then the following weekend ie. Halloween weekend it is Thurs (10/29), Fri (10/30), Sat (10/31) and Sun (11/1). The coupon expires 10/28 and therefore is not good for the Halloween weekend dates.

My neighbors run this and they do not have TWW accounts. I offered to post it and bump it every weekend. I am not making any money from them for doing this therefore I am not purchasing an ad. It is also posted on the event calendar for each of the days it runs as well as on the website you can check the dates. The event calendar states that it doesn't start til 9pm which is a typo...it starts at 7pm and runs til midnight as stated everywhere else.
