I'm looking for a roommate in a very quiet townhome in cary on pebble creek dr. in cary, about 15 min away from campus. The house is 1800 sqft and you will have your own closet, but will share a bathroom with another person. I'm looking for someone who is fairly quiet, respectful, and will pay rent on time. Rent is 325/mo plus 1/3 of utilities (about 100) pm with questions.
