I'm possibly going to be studying abroad the Spring of 2010 and I need to find a female as soon as possible to take over my lease possibly the beginning of December or January which ever would work for you.

The apartment is in University Woods. You will be living with three other girls who very clean. The apartment is fully furnished in the living areas so all you need is furniture for your bedroom. The kitchen is painted red and the sunroom is painted yellow. You will also have the opportunity to have the landlord paint the bedroom for you. You will have your own bathroom and walk in closet.

The rent is 320 a month and you will owe 1/4 of the utilities. I haven't had to pay more than 35 bucks for utilities so everything will average out $350 a month.

Hopefully Italy. The study abroad fair is tomorrow. I'm just putting my ad out early so I'm not scrambling to find someone at the last minute. My next choice would be to study abroad in the summer either way I have to give up my apartment and I'll just move back onto campus in the spring.
