Why were the users under each letter broken into more pages? I liked it better to have all the users right there. It saves hits on the server and my time to have them all displayed. Does displaying all the names really take up that much bandwidth?sorry... I realize this is a gratuitous nitpick. Feel free to ignore it; I rarely go to the users page anyway.[Edited on August 13, 2002 at 3:16 PM. Reason : s]

hey...theres 5100 of us now...think about that 5100.....thats a shitload of stuff to display and scroll throughtheres like 200 names in that space....yeah that would be a bitch....jake and joe....keep it the same

well, my point is, its not a "bitch" to scroll throgh that many names displayed all at once, because it is arranged alphabetically. You're going to have to scroll anyway the way it is now and PLUS, it is easier to scroll, than to move your mouse pointer and aim at some numeral at the bottom.not to mention the fact that you do not know where in the alphebet the names will run over into the second and third pages, so it really does increase the time of your search. Take a CS class if you don't believe me.

perhaps instead of page 1, 2, 3, etc. they should have page D-De, Df-Di, etc.not that i want them to change it, but it's a suggestion

yes, that would solve the problem, albeit in a cumbersome manner

ctrl+f ussually solves the scroll problem for mealso the 5100 users didn't last too long. We are up to 5111 as of now...

ctrl+f does not work anymore...

Yeah, that kinda irks me too. I hate having to guess which page someone's name is gonna be on. I liked it better the old way.

a search on that page would be nice (a sounds like search that is for those of us who can't spell)

they have that for premiums... support your local scene.
