So I was being a jerk the other day with a shopping cart and let it continue rolling toward my buddy's 92 beatup Sentra. I immediately tried to take it back at the last second for that whole "respect my car, it doesn't matter what condition it's in" mentality but alas there's now a golfball sized whole in that shit.Ebay is like 40 bucks, the tape doesn't work, I don't want to call in a favor to the only import mechanic I can trust here. Can you find just the lens anywhere? I've searched CL and local salvage yards.I'm posting from work, so I haven't done any intricate thread searching to see if it's been answered here before or not. I appreciate it.

My taillight is cracked on my current jeep. Was cracked on the last jeep I owned as well (same taillight, for some fucking reason!). Never had anybody give me shit about it (had both cars inspected at a number of places, including the dealership). Did the car actually fail inspection or are you just replacing it for him so that you feel better and aren't liable in case the car does fail inspection?
