plans with a friend fell through and now I have to find a place to move into July 31st or earlier. Looking to spend less than 400 or less in rent. (apart from utitilities )... the cheaper the betterI have a 52" LCD and a Directv dish ( I have a year left and it will cost $texas to cancel the contract ) that i'll be bringing.

how close do you need? I am in a 4 bed/4 bath apartment on Gorman ST, and my landlord is, or was as of 2 days ago, still trying to fill 2 rooms for the term starting august 1. 275/month rent, plus whatever you share of utilities ends up being. Currently I rent 2 of the 4 rooms, and the apartment currently only has internet service provided, with both wireless and wired drops. Worst power bill I paid in all of last year was ~70 or so per room, and that was with ac down to 70 day and night, and since then the weatherstripping has been replaced on all of the doors. Plenty of parking, location is at 1521 graduate lane, in university commons apartments. Washer dryer in unit, private landlord, hard to looseYou can talk to the landlord at 919-754-7983, his name is Jeffmessage_topic.aspx?topic=569103
