Freaking awesome modernist sink design that'll wear off its novelty in ten years, but...Still, freaking awesome sink. I have nothing else to contribute, just think it's awesome. Best of luck renting it out, and a free bump to you.

thanks man, built it all myself. eh I think anything can get old after 10 years, at least with townhomes most folks are in and out in 5 years or so, perhaps they will enjoy it and be gone before they get sick of it. that's the plan anyways.

Internet is included, and basic cable. I am a recent grad of NC State, 2006, with an architecture degree. I'm currently working downtown for a design/build firm.month to month up to 1 year lease available, rent is negotiable to some degree. Also thinking about renting out the office space as a bedroom if anyone would be interested in that as well, it would just make the two bedrooms split a bathroom (making rent $250 per person)

the one in the living room is ikea (the EXPEDIT TV storage unit), but all the furniture in the office I built custom for the room.
