Does anyone know where I could get access to a high-speed camera? Does the university have one?

i'm sure that with all the physics and engineering shit going on at this univeristy, there is a high speed camera somewhere on campusyou won't ever get to borrow it, though

I wouldn't want to take it out of the lab; just bring something (it is rather small, and not wet or messy or anything) to record.

drive down 40 west ~70 mph. Roll down the window and throw your camera out.

Which, of course, would slow the camera down.

that really depends on your frame of reference, ernie

Yeah, it does, if you need to take a high speed picture of the guy in the passenger seat.

if you are looking for single-frame shots you can use an slr set on bulb (shutter held open), with a trigger to set off a short flash. theres more info on the nuts and bolts at the ncssm hsp website.
