On an accident report? I've tried googling with no answer.

48 Points of initial contact (write in codes). What do the numbers mean?

Also, if a report is inaccurate in ANY way, is there some possible chance that it can be corrected? or is it one of those, "YOU'RE SOL BUDDY. THAT'S THE FINAL DRAFT" situations?

Also, if an accident occurs in an eclave outside city limits, how does this affect the citation issued?

my mom had to get some changes made to my sister's accident report when she got in her wreck. the cop had listed some names wrong or something.

They said the car was moving at an estimated 15mph when it was actually 0mph. (The impact happened when after vehicle 1 came to a complete stop). Calling RPD didn't help...
