trying to remove the variator on the met and the only pin wrench i have is 30mm and, while it spans to fit the pinholes, the wrench pivot is in the way of bolt that i need to remove harbor freight's biggest one is 30mm and i don't see pin wrenches on either northern tool or sears' site...i'd rather borrow one for free since i only need it for this one project, but if you have suggestions as to who else might sell them, let me know

take piece of flat bar and drill and tap for two bolts[Edited on May 25, 2009 at 6:22 PM. i can't find these things anywhere locally...northern tool, harbor freight, and sears don't carry them (even once i started searching for spanner wrenches thanks to 69's help)...any other suggestions?

i told you, drill and tap a flat bar for two bolts to fit the recesses, then a hole in the middle for a socket extension to fit through for the nut
