just curious...could you not just charge like 500/month and tell the person everythings included? rough math seems to put it at about that figure.

no because then the new roommate will turn the AC down to 60 and leave the window open and take an hour-long shower everyday.

Word...I thought about averaging out the bills like that, but didn't for that exact reason. I've got to pay them anyway, so it doesn't take too much longer to just write them down on a whiteboard and divide them amongst everybody.The only bad part is hitting people up for the last month after they moved out.[Edited on May 21, 2009 at 10:11 AM.
