Personally never seen this CEL on my car, but search NASIOC.com, clubWRX.net, i-club.com

Plenty of advice over there.

check your fuel cap and all the lines, you can pressurize it to about 1psi and check for leaks, but i would bet on a problem with the cap, either the seal or internal check valve is bad
