They had a special on soda on the food network or history one time. Dr. Pepper does, consist of 23 different extracts (flavors). They named a few of them, but not all nor did they say how much of each was in one serving.

at the dr pepper museum in waco tx you can buy pure cane sugar dr pepper.... from a fountain (as well as canned)
