yes, i've lived in north shore for 5 years now...and i love it...hard wood floors, stainless steel appliances, hard surface counters, 24 hour fire rated walls (great insulation for noise from neighbors), 2 balconies - 1 off kitchen on 2nd level and 1 off master bedroom.

this is a very nice house for the money and is extremely convenient to downtown, I-40, NCSU, etc.
